ADVERTISING AGREEMENT

Seller agrees to sell and the Purchaser agrees to purchase advertising in the season program as follows:

Email ads to ctfluteorchestra@gmail.com Purchaser acknowledges that all such art must be received by Seller no later than August 30, 2019. Emailed ads can be sent in PDF, JPEG, Tiff formats. Purchaser agrees that all special placements will be on a first-come, first-served basis. If request cannot be granted due to a prior paid commitment, Connecticut Flute Orchestra will refund the $$ or place the ad in another agreed upon location. Connecticut Flute Orchestra reserves the right to refuse advertising it deems unsuitable.
